This 4 bedroom ecohouse offers direct sea views and is situated within walking distance to the beautiful Blue-Flag Konnos Beach, offering views to the Cape Greco National Park, which is to a large extent a sub-marine Park. The pool area offers privacy and is surrounded by green. A south facing patio under a large pergola is ideal for al-fresco lunches. A garden house with its barbeque and adjacent outdoor dining area also has sea views. The area around the house is strictly residential, and not densely populated, offering peaceful moments. 

This homel is suitable for one or two families, with 2 bedrooms each having a double bed, and a 3rd bedroom sleeping two persons in separate beds. These beds can be expanded to become double. A small bedroom on the ground floor, with its own shower/wc can sleep one additional person.

This is by virtue of location a very private that opens up towards the Cape Greco coastline. It is located at the cul-de-sac of the private drive of the Artisan Resort and one of the most preferred properties within the Artisan Resort.All the neighboring properties are individually owned by residents with young families, and families are especially welcome.
