Ermou Street, once the most commercial thoroughfare of the island, became dormant after the 1974 turkish invasion, The area became less inhabited, and declined.

In the last 5 years the Old Town started becoming "fashionable" and mainstream again, in a rapid manner. Praised for its intimate scale, the diversity of venues and the unique architecture spanning most of the island's historic past, the Old Town is once again sought after by many. Surrounded by the medieval moat and impressive renaissance walls, most cars have no reason to enter the Old Town, which is protected from development by the classification of the whole of it as an Archaeological Monument.

BOOKING TIPS & INFORMATION

We are in the process of obtaining the necessary permits, and some 3D renders are indicative of what we are in the process of putting together. If you are interested in this project with an aim to rent it for 3 to 5 years we would be happy to sit around the drawing board with you and make changes to customize this live-work studio to suit your needs at a better price.

It can be delivered without the need for the tenant to spend additional time pay for rent and hire designers whilst the property is brought to the standard required.
