House 7, The Artisan Resort PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This sea facing 4 bedroom beachfront ecohouse offers a unique accommodation layout, sleeping 7 persons comfortably-preferably a family. It adjoins the beautiful Blue-Flag Konnos Beach and the partly sub-marine Cape Greco National Park!

On the first floor, the master bedroom comes with a large corner bed, raised to take the sea view in. As part of the bedroom suite we have located a sea facing creative studio with its own balcony, a single bed, and fax/office facilities.  On this floor we have added a children bedroom with 3 beds, one on a loft accessible via an easy stairwell and two bunk-beds, allowing space for games and two small desks.

On the ground floor, this house offers a large kitchen by Miele with all appliances plus a great coffee making machine, a custom made breakfast/dining table for 8 people with wall mounted TV. The living room is advantageously located, and offers great sea views. There is a high-quality fireplace, good access to the outside via wall-to-wall windows. On the same floor we have tucked in a small single bed bedroom with a ground floor shower are adjacent to each other next to the stairwell-great for an elderly person, a guest, a maid or.. 

Outside the house is surrounded by opportunities! A large overflow pool with walk-in steps shaded by a pergola with its hammock-great for hot noon moments! A decked lounging area with 4 sun beds. Built-in garden seating, as part of an outdoor dining area. A small garden house with BBQ facilities and a store room.

A special effort has been placed on the design of the landscaping which adds its own color and enhances the privacy of this property which has a 25m frontage facing the cape.
